Our data shows that during 2023, clients who made an offer for a property following an urgent review had a much higher success rate than people who made offers following a standard review.
When you need to move fast, you need to be match fit. Skip the long queue, get ahead of competition from other buyers, and receive your review, via WhatsApp, within six business hours (our ordinary business hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
An upfront fee of $245 + GST is payable to secure your urgent review booking. This is payable via credit card only (facilitated by Stripe).
Our urgent reviews are specifically designed to help you quickly negotiate with real estate agents. The urgent review fee includes multiple follow-ups with our office (via email and WhatsApp) to ensure the contract is only signed when the optimal version is ready.
